  126. Arcata Pet.  This software and accompanying documentation are
  127. protected by United States copyright law and also by international
  128. treaty provisions.

  130. Arcata Pet grants you a limited license to use this software
  131. for evaluation purposes for a period not to exceed sixty days.  If you
  132. continue using this software after the sixty-day evaluation period,
  133. you MUST make a registration payment to Arcata Pet.

  136. disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed

  144. long as all files are included.  Disk Vendors, Shareware Distributors
  145. and BBS(s) may charge a nominal fee for distribution of the program. The
  146. recipient of ImgViewer/16 must be informed, in advance, that the fee
  147. paid to acquire ImgViewer/16 does not relieve the recipient from
  148. registering ImgViewer/16 with the author.

  150. BBSs - please name the zipped file IV16xxx.ZIP where xxx is the
  151. version number.  If the version you have obtained contains
  152. VBRUN300.DL_ it should be removed to reduce the downloadable
  153. file size.  In that case, the text file SETUP.LST must be
  154. modified to remove the line VBRUN300.DL_.

  156. If the program is distributed on disk or CD, the file
  157. VBRUN300.DLL should be included.  It should be compressed with
  158. the Microsoft COMPRESS.EXE with the -r option to produce a file
  159. called VBRUN300.DL_.  The SETUP.LST file should be checked to
  160. see that it includes the line VBRUN300.DL_ ,which should not be
  161. present in the BBS verson.  The first line of SETUP.LST must be
  162. SETUPIV.EX_.
